Elite SDRs

You've run real outbound. You've booked meetings with CIOs, CTOs, and VP Sales. You know which openers work and which die.

  • 3 to 7 years SDR or AE experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, healthtech, or staffing
  • You've personally booked 100+ qualified meetings
  • You've used Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft in anger and have opinions about them
  • You can read an ICP and tell us what's missing
  • You want to be on accounts, not in spreadsheets

02 Engineering

AI-first developers

You ship to production. You've built with LLMs beyond a hackathon. You know what evals look like when they're real.

  • 4+ years building production systems (Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar)
  • Hands-on with LLM APIs, eval harnesses, fine-tuning pipelines, RAG when warranted
  • Comfortable owning a system end-to-end: model, infra, data, deploy
  • Bias toward shipping over architecture astronauting
  • You've built something that actually got used by people who weren't your team

03 Operations

Operators who want to make a difference

You've run something. You know what breaks when teams scale. You're tired of working in a category and want to build one.

  • 5+ years in growth, RevOps, CS, customer success engineering, or founder-adjacent ops
  • You've owned a number end-to-end and held the line on it
  • You see process holes and close them without being asked
  • You can write clearly enough that a customer believes you
  • You want to be in the room when the category gets defined
