California residents have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) to request that we not sell or share personal information.
We do not sell personal information. ReachIQ does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA or CPRA. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How to exercise your rights
If you believe your personal information has been collected by ReachIQ and you would like to opt out of any future sale or sharing of that information, email support@reachiq.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell My Information.” Include the email address you used and the company name associated with your account. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and process the request within 15 business days.
Authorized agents
You may authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written proof of authorization and proof of your identity.
Non-discrimination
We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide you a different level of quality of services because you exercised your rights under the CCPA or CPRA.
