Data Enrichment, explained.

10-20 minutes for the first pass, with verified emails and core firmographics in place. Deeper signals (recent press, podcast appearances, hiring patterns) finish within a couple of hours. The enriched list is usable for campaign launch the same afternoon.
We charge per verified enrichment, not per row uploaded. If you drop in 500 names and 470 enrich successfully, you pay for 470. The 30 that didn't enrich (because the person doesn't exist on LinkedIn, or the email can't be verified) are free. No data tax for bad rows.
HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive sync two-way. Your existing contact records get enriched in place, and any updates we pick up later (a promotion, a new email after a domain change) flow back to the CRM. Other CRMs sync via CSV or webhook.
Every contact in an active sequence is auto re-enriched every 30 days. Email addresses are re-verified at send time on every campaign run. High-signal fields (funding, leadership changes) are picked up within 24-72 hours of the event landing in our crawl sources.
