Because the right number depends on seat count, sending volume, and whether you need a dedicated SDR. A 5-seat in-house team and a 30-seat managed deployment shouldn't pay the same. We'd rather quote correctly on a 20-min call than post a misleading number that doesn't match what you actually need.
Monthly or annual, billed by SDR seat and monthly sending volume. Annual contracts get a meaningful discount. No per-feature add-ons, no usage overage fees, no separate data charges. One bill.
Monthly retainer per dedicated SDR. The retainer covers the SDR's salary and ramp, the full platform license, the sender infrastructure, the strategist time, and the data. 3-month minimum, month-to-month after. No replacement fees if you need to swap the SDR.

Yes. The most common path is starting on Done for You to validate ICP and messaging, then moving to Just the Tools once you've hired in-house SDRs. Sometimes the reverse: started on Just the Tools, decided managing it in-house wasn't the right call, switched to Done for You. Both are clean migrations.
We don't sell the contact database separately (it's bundled). We don't charge per personalized email (it's flat). We don't charge for sender domains (they're included in Done for You). We do not currently offer a free-forever tier, a per-credit pricing model, or pay-per-meeting pricing.
Apollo charges per seat plus per credit, with the database as the value driver. ReachIQ charges per seat plus volume, with the AI personalization plus sequencing plus optional SDR as the value driver. For teams doing high-volume cold outbound, Apollo's credit math often surprises mid-month. ReachIQ is a flat retainer.
